Hi there, I purchased this and it was working fine, but after the new year, I don't know happened, but the texturing in the material has vanished. Like, the sofa, is just plan cream and white, there are not shadows or lines. Which is odd, because there were there, but not any more. o.o; I tired to pm, but you're set up as friends only __
