OMG! This is a Gown, amazing, wonderful and elegant. Its beautiful design, and the print it has is incredible, delicate in its pastel blue tones. I love the two layers of fabric, one at the bottom with the print and the top one in a beautiful transparent blue. A Wonderful Gown
