This is a very well done room, great attention to detail, and I love the textures. Also, the 3d buildings are a really good touch.
Only thing I'd do differently, is add a few more sitting positions(IE on the balcony railing), and add some extra furniture nodes(ceiling/walls/possibly in the air for those with those nifty airships/dinghys)
All in all, very good.
