This would be great except it has a defect like the first person said. Every time my avatar sits down, shortly after, it will suddenly stand up in a T pose and is frozen like that and won't go back to sitting down. Very unfortunate because this would be so great if not for that. The sexy walk animation doesn't seem to be flawed however. It's wonderful if you use it for the standing up and walking part but not recommended for sitting with this avatar.
