If yo know enough about Denmark to know the REAL story of The Little Mermaid, (not the smarmy DISNEY version) you would know that the Little mermaid traded her lovey singing voice and her fin, her VERY mermaid-ness, to make the man she loved, a handsome but fickle Prince, claim her as his bride. Typical of handsome but self centered men, the Prince jilted her and she mourned forever the loss of her tail. Had she had these adorable SHOES, though, the story would have a much happier endindg One certainly doesn't need a pretty voice to be happy (i.e. Roseanne, Fran Drescher and Ashley Simpson....) But SHOES...Now a girl NEEDS shoes. oh, and while I have your attention, Denmark is a beautiful Country in and of its own - it is NOT the capital of Sweden. Thank you
