I dont know, what your problem is, but you seem to be the only one who has this problem.
Everyone else can put it on.
Try out to takeoff all your other stuff, then put on the wings.
start to take everything else on again and then you maybe find the problem.
i think it might be, that you use an other item, which uses the same position.
