well i do not give refunds unless you can give me the products back your not the only one to by this over 100 other people have and they have no problems with it so your probably not doing something correct and if u payed with promo credits then i did not get ANY money so therefore i cannot give u a refund sp please dont ask it works for everyone else..im sure it works for you your just doing something incorrect
