Defect: clippings and disappearing into the neck are TWO different things
Hey Ange, You have disappointed a formerly happy client, I have a good deal of your products, and I thought you would have treated me with better respect. I sent u a nice message saying ur collar does not look good on my avi I asked if it is something that can be fixed. It did not say in the description that it disappears INTO my neck and I do not think I should buy hair to fix Your defect and you sent that message *Below Is Ange's Message to Me*
***Sorry but you should've tried the product on or read the description to know the clipping issues before buying it. I wrote them clearly for customers to know.
Next time make sure you know the pros and cons of what you're buying. The issues aren't noticeable when wearing Okimi hair.
