Could of been a lot more furniture nodes in the ocean and on the house property , The Wind surfing is pretty cool but without furniture Nodes in the Ocean its kinda boring basically a glass house with an Ocean and 2 windboards, I wouldnt say realistic Ocean but it does have a nice dark feel to it for a beach I give it 5 - 10 just for the effort kinda waste of space with a lot of beach sand and no nodes ,,,It was made to fast I think for 825 credits its worth it but I wouldnt go a cent more ...
