If you are at the moment asking if this room is worth that much, I can say without a doubt, no. It's worth ten times this! I bought it because as an elven fairy I was having trouble finding the right place. I looked up this, and read the reviews. Let me assure you this is everything promised and a whole lot more. Good furniture nodes in the treehouse. (Personally I only stuck a Rivendell lounger in there, but there is room for more.) The waterfall and the river are beautiful. This elven fairy will be right at home here.
